The 10K run starts at 1000 and the Fun run at 0930.

Our 2008 & 2009 Runs were a resounding success...             This year - our local Ipswich Running Club, JAFFA are supporting the organisation of the run & will be helping us promote running for all ages. A fantastic scenic Suffolk venue... Easy access from all directions. BBQ breakfast and home-baked cakes. Soup, hot & cold drinks. Good local pubs to celebrate in later. Adjacent nature reserve. Alton Water cycle track, water sports centre.
